SBS’s “Revenant” overtook JTBC’s “King the Land” to claim the title of this week’s most buzzworthy drama!
For the first time since its premiere, “Revenant” rose to No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the TV dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.
After four consecutive weeks at No. 1, JTBC’s “King the Land” fell to No. 2 on this week’s list of the most buzzworthy dramas. Meanwhile, its stars 2PM’s Lee Junho and Girls’ Generation’s YoonA continued their reign over the list of most buzzworthy drama cast members at No. 1 and No. 2 respectively.
Together, “King the Land” and “Revenant” swept the top four spots on this week’s actor list. Following Lee Junho and YoonA were “Revenant” stars Kim Tae Ri and Oh Jung Se at No. 3 and No. 4 respectively, while their co-star Kim Hae Sook rose to No. 10.
In its final week on air, tvN’s “See You in My 19th Life” climbed to No. 3 on the drama list, with leading lady Shin Hye Sun ranking No. 8 on the actor list.
tvN’s “Delightfully Deceitful” also rose to No. 4 in its final week, while leads Chun Woo Hee and Kim Dong Wook ranked No. 5 and No. 9 on the actor list.
“The Real Has Come!” stars Baek Jin Hee and Ahn Jae Hyun rocketed up to No. 6 and No. 7 respectively in this week’s actor rankings, while the series itself held steady at No. 7 on the drama list.
Finally, ENA’s new drama “Not Others” debuted at No. 8 on this week’s list.
