They accidentally went viral!
Regarding promotion, one of the best ways for K-Pop groups to spread their songs to fans is through TikTok. Some groups ‘ songs have taken off with dance challenges or use them as BGM, like FIFTY FIFTY‘s “Cupid” and LE SSERAFIM‘s “Eve, Psyche, And The Bluebeard’s wife.”

A fourth-generation boy group recently attracted attention for their accidentally suggestive way of promoting their newest release.
On July 19, DSP Media‘s Mirae returned with “Jump” after a ten-month hiatus.
Before and after the track’s release, the group filled their TikTok page with various videos using the sound. They ranged from more dance-related clips…

…to simple silly clips.

One of the videos created by the group made its way to Twitter, where it racked up over a million views in a few hours. The clip first shows a hand making a “suggestive” motion inside what appears to be a shirt.
The video then moves out to show Siyoung sitting on a pile of jeans as he flies his hand over his head like a plane. The clip ends with him cutely throwing the jeans in the air before falling back.
The clip has now been deleted, but fans reacted on Twitter, expressing their shock at the hilarious and accidental moment of “free promotion.”
