FIFTY FIFTY’s viral hit “Cupid” has soared to a new peak on U.S. radio!
Over the past three months, “Cupid” has enjoyed a steady climb up Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart, which measures weekly plays on mainstream Top 40 radio stations across the United States.
For the week ending on August 5, “Cupid” rose to No. 7 in its 12th consecutive week on the chart, breaking its own record for the highest-ranking song by a female K-pop act.
“Cupid” has also now tied the record set by BTS‘s 2021 hit “Butter” for the second highest-ranking K-pop song in the history of Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart. To date, the only K-pop song to chart higher is BTS’s “Dynamite,” which peaked at No. 5 back in 2020.
Additionally, “Cupid” extended its own record as the longest-charting K-pop girl group song in history on Billboard’s Hot 100, which ranks the most popular songs in the United States. In its 19th consecutive week on the chart, “Cupid” stayed strong at No. 29.
Meanwhile, FIFTY FIFTY climbed back up to No. 59 on Billboard’s Artist 100, marking the group’s 13th consecutive week on the chart.
“Cupid” also climbed back up to No. 2 in its 20th week on Billboard’s World Digital Song Sales chart, in addition to sweeping the No. 18 spot on both Billboard’s Global 200 and the Global Excl. U.S. chart. Finally, the song ranked No. 37 in its 16th week on the Streaming Songs chart.
