Korean netizens reacted in anger to American rapper Latto‘s racist tweets.
On July 26, an online post titled “Billboard Rookie Latto Is Deleting Past Racist Tweets” went viral.
In the post, a netizen uploaded past tweets in which Latto used offensive and explicitly racist rhetoric against Asians.
The tweets had previously gone viral among international K-Pop fans who called out the rapper for her hateful tweets.

Korean netizens were shocked by the tweets and pointed out the irony of her collaboration with BTS‘s Jungkook on the idol’s recent single, “Seven.” Netizens also criticized her for deleting the tweets rather than apologizing.
